The fully online Global Leadership MBA program is designed for the mobile professional looking to accelerate his or her career by gaining a broader international business perspective. Personalize your GLEMBA degree by adding a concentration in Business Analytics, Finance, Organizational Consulting, Project Management, Strategic HR, Transformation Leadership, or choose your own combination of electives that matches your professional goals.

Project Management professionals may want to consider an Executive MBA with an Emphasis in Project Management.

Supply Chain professionals may want to consider an Executive MBA with an emphasis in Product Lifecycle and Supply Chain Management.

The program can be completed in as little as 21 months and is fully online. Students have the option to begin their degree in the fall, spring or summer semesters. Most classes are eight weeks in length, allowing students to take only two classes at any given time in the program.

In the first year of the program, students will typically focus on the UT Dallas MBA core courses and begin their international management concentration. The International Management classes offered in Year 1 are typically Cross-Cultural Management (IMS 6365), International Business Management (IMS 6304) and Global Politics in Business (IMS 6316). The International Management classes typically offered in Year 2 are Global Mergers and Acquisitions (IMS 6317), Global Leadership (IMS 6345), International Study Tour (IMS 6351)*, International Finance (FIN 6366), Global Marketing (IMS 6354) and Global Supply Chain Management (OPRE 6366).

The International Study Tour will have additional fees.*
